Customer Satisfaction & Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is always our top priority. If the product you purchased does not meet your expectations, you may request a return and refund under the conditions outlined below.


Return Conditions

  • The return period is 14 days from the date of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • A receipt or a document containing the order number must be included with the return.

  • For hygiene reasons, certain products (e.g., underwear, personal care items) cannot be returned. For these products, the right to return is valid only if the packaging has not been opened.


Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is received, it will be inspected within 3 business days.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • If the product is sent damaged, incomplete, or used, the return may be rejected.


Shipping Fees

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Return shipping fees will only be covered by our company in cases of faulty or defective product deliveries.
